The heart of the new design is the clubhouse with an 18-hole golf course that will occupy 51 hectares, plus a marina, sports, and social events area, equestrian and horse riding, a semi-Olympic and a leisure swimming pool, three soccer fields, one professional and two medium, eight tennis courts, two of beach tennis, there will also be an area for paddle tennis, in the river, you can do water ski and kayak, an artificial lagoon will be built for cable-wakeboarding, gym, yoga room, spa, and restaurants.

The project of GCC is very crucial for the Canton Samborondón as a significant attraction and giving employment during the construction and later as full-service sporting and social club. The Municipality of Samborondón is controlling the full fill of social and environmental responsibilities by the Guayaquil Country Club.
