Das Herzstück des neuen Designs ist das Clubhaus mit einem 18-Loch-Golfplatz, einem Yachthafen, einem Sport- und Gesellschaftsbereich, Militär-Reitmöglichkeiten, einem halbolympischen und einem Freizeitpool sowie drei Fußballplätze, ein Profi und zwei mittlere Felder, acht Tennisplätze, zwei Beachtennisplätze, es wird auch einen Bereich für Paddle-Tennis geben, im Fluss können Sie Wasserski und Kajak fahren, eine künstliche Lagune wird für Kabel-Wakeboarden gebaut, Fitnessraum, Yoga-Raum, Spa und mehrere Restaurants.
Das Projekt von GCC ist für den Kanton Samborondón eine wichtige Beschäftigungsquelle während des Baus und später eine bedeutende Attraktion als Sport- und Sozialverein mit umfassendem Service von entscheidender Bedeutung. Die Gemeinde Samborondón kontrolliert die vollständige Erfüllung der sozialen und ökologischen Verantwortung des Guayaquil Country Clubs.
