Habicus Group, the parent company of serviced-apartment provider SilverDoor, has acquired rival The Apartment Service, the company announced.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Apartment Service CEO Charlie McCrow now will focus on the Roomspace segment of the business, which he has retained, he said in a statement. The Apartment Service had been established in London in 1981.
