La pieza central del nuevo diseño es la casa club con un campo de golf de 18 hoyos, un puerto deportivo, un área deportiva y social, instalaciones de equitación, una piscina semiolímpica y de ocio, así como tres campos de fútbol, uno profesional y dos medianos, ocho canchas de tenis, dos canchas de beachtenis, también habrá un área para pádel, esquí acuático y kayak en el río, se construirá una laguna artificial para el wakeboard por cable, gimnasio, sala de yoga, spa y varios restaurantes.
El proyecto GCC es una importante fuente de empleo para el cantón de Samborondón durante la construcción y más tarde una atracción importante como club deportiva y social con un servicio integral. El municipio de Samborondón controla el pleno cumplimiento de la responsabilidad social y ambiental del Guayaquil Country Club.
