El Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre está desarrollando Solar, un moderno espacio de eventos con una inversión de aproximadamente 20 millones de euros, previsto para completarse en otoño de 2027. Diseñado por Davidsson Tarkela, Solar contará con una estructura acristalada que se adaptará a múltiples eventos, promoviendo el turismo y el crecimiento económico en Helsinki. Además, se renovarán la fachada y la entrada del recinto. Con capacidad para 500 a 1,200 personas, incorporará tecnología energética sostenible, reflejando un compromiso con la ecología y la modernidad en el diseño arquitectónico.

THE VENE 24 BÅT BOAT SHOW: AN IMPORTANT EVENT FOR BOATERS AND THE BOATING INDUSTRY
The 53rd edition of the Helsinki International Boat Show, Vene 24 Båt, took place at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre Messukeskus. Featuring 400 boats and various programs, the event attracted 57,142 visitors and 314 companies. Despite challenges like decreased visitor turnout due to external factors and a public transportation strike, the event received positive feedback from participants. Boating and fishing enthusiasts made up the majority of visitors, with a notable increase in fishing interest compared to the previous year. Exhibitors expressed satisfaction with sales and overall event importance, with many already booking space for the following year.
